How do I add additional Datasets to my Account?

Steps you need to take to add Datasets to your Account

  1. Establish which Datasets you are already subscribed to by viewing the tiles shown on the homepage or use the menu which lists all the Datasets

    • If a tile has a “Preview” tag in the top-right, you are not subscribed to that dataset.

    • If you try to access a Dataset you are not subscribed to, a pop-up will appear giving options to Learn More on our website or Request a Demo and connect with our team.

  2. To subscribe to a dataset:

    • Use the pop-up “Request a demo” option, or

    • Contact your Customer Success Manager, they will connect you to the relevant team.

Troubleshooting

  • I don’t see the “Preview” tag but can’t access a dataset:

    • Try opening it from the left menu as well — the behavior should match.

    • If it still blocks access, start a chat via the QS Help button detailing your issue.

  • I can’t find my Customer Success Manager:

    • Open the QS Help button and ask the chatbot for help, or request a demo via the dataset pop-up to reach the relevant team.
