Establish which Datasets you are already subscribed to by viewing the tiles shown on the homepage or use the menu which lists all the Datasets
If a tile has a “Preview” tag in the top-right, you are not subscribed to that dataset.
If you try to access a Dataset you are not subscribed to, a pop-up will appear giving options to Learn More on our website or Request a Demo and connect with our team.
To subscribe to a dataset:
Use the pop-up “Request a demo” option, or
Contact your Customer Success Manager, they will connect you to the relevant team.
Troubleshooting
I don’t see the “Preview” tag but can’t access a dataset:
Try opening it from the left menu as well — the behavior should match.
If it still blocks access, start a chat via the QS Help button detailing your issue.
I can’t find my Customer Success Manager:
Open the QS Help button and ask the chatbot for help, or request a demo via the dataset pop-up to reach the relevant team.
