Overview
The Labour Market Intelligence dataset allows you to explore global job postings and gain insights into labour market demand across regions, industries, and occupations. This article explains how to access the dataset, interpret key visualisations, and search for specific job postings using filters and keywords.
Accessing Labour Market Intelligence
You can access Labour Market Intelligence datasets in two ways:
From the Home screen -
Scroll down to the Labour Market Intelligence products section, and select the tile labeled “Labour Market Intelligence”.From the left-hand main navigation menu -
Scroll down and select “Labour Market Intelligence”.
Both options will take you to the Labour Market Intelligence dataset, which can also be selected from the dataset dropdown at the top of the page.
Job Posting Insights in the Highlight report
Once inside the dataset, you will find several charts with key insights into Job Postings in the Highlight report including:
Job postings over time:
The third column shows the evolution of job postings over the last three years in a bar chart format.
Additionally you can view a graphic of Job postings being are broken down by major geographical regions.
How to Search for in Job Postings
To search in Job Postings:
Navigate to the “Job Postings” report from the Reports bar.
Use the search (query) bar to enter keywords related to the role or skills you are interested in.
Optionally apply filters:
Date range (to limit results to a specific period)
Geography (you will only be able to select the ones included in your subscription):
Region (e.g. Europe, Asia-Pacific)
Sub-region (more granular areas)
Territory / country
Click the blue “Search” button to view results.
*note - this button is required for the table to reload if you amend any of your search criteria

Search results will display:
The number of matching job postings updating the bar graph at left
A table of job posting on the right-hand side
Viewing Job Details
Click on any job title to view detailed information, including:
This allows you to better understand the skills and qualifications employers are seeking in different markets.
