How to replace institutions added to the Master Peer List in error

When working with the Master Peer List, it’s important to ensure all selected institutions are correct before adding them. However, if an error is made during selection, you may need to request a change. Please read the guidelines below for assistance


What Happens When an Institution is Added?

  • Once an institution is added to the Master Peer List:

    • It is locked for 365 days (1 year).

    • You will not be able to remove or change it yourself during this period.


What to Do if You Make a Mistake

If you realize you’ve added the wrong institution in the Master Peer List:

  1. Note the Error

    • Identify the institution you added by mistake.

    • Determine the correct institution that should be on your list.

  2. Request a Correction

    • You cannot make this change yourself, so you’ll need to contact us.

  3. Send an Email

    • Address your request to: [email protected]

    • Include the following information:

      • The name of the institution you want to replace.

      • The name of the correct institution you wish to add.
