Activate Your Account and Login
Step 1: Find Your Activation Email
Once your subscription has started you’ll receive a password activation email.
The same steps apply if you are invited as a new user by your existing account Admin.
If you don’t see the activation email in your inbox:
Check your spam or junk folder.
Still missing? Contact your Customer Success Manager or email us at [email protected]
⚠️ Important: The activation link expires after a few days, so be sure to set your password as soon as possible.You should have received a Welcome Email. Click on the activation link in that email to set your password.
Step 2: Set Your Password and Login
Open the activation email.
Click the activation link.
Choose and save a secure password.
Once complete, your account is ready to use!
You can start diving into the HolonIQ platform at my.holoniq.com.

Reset Your Password
Go to the login page: my.holoniq.com
Enter your email/login
Click Forgot password
Enter your email address to request a password activation email.
Open the email and click the activation/reset link, then create a new password.
Return to the login page and sign in with your email and the newly created password.
