Activate Your Account and Login
There are two ways to get access to the HolonIQ platform:
You’re invited to join an Account
You create your own Account (without an invitation email)
Both options are explained below.
Option 1: You’re invited to join an Account
Step 1: Find Your Activation Email
Look for a Welcome / Activation email in your inbox, it looks like this:
If you don’t see it:
Check your spam or junk folder.
Still missing? Contact your Customer Success Manager or email us at [email protected]
⚠️ Important: Activation links expire after a few days. Make sure you set your password as soon as you receive the email.
Step 2: Set Your Password and Log in
Open the Activation email.
Click the activation link (click on text "Confirm my account")
Enter your email address
Choose and save a secure password.
Once complete, your account is ready to use!
You can now log in at my.holoniq.com and start using the platform.
Option 2: You Create your Own Account
You can create your account directly without an invite too.
Go to my.holoniq.com.
Select Create an Account on the login screen.
Enter your email address and follow the on-screen steps.
Set your password to complete account creation.
Once completed, you can log in using your email and password.
If your institution already has an existing account, you may be added to that account as a Lite user. An Account Admin can then upgrade your access to a paid seat if required.
Pro Tip: bookmark my.holoniq.com in your browser so you can easily jump in each day.
Reset Your Password
Go to the login page: my.holoniq.com
Enter your email/login
Click Forgot password
Enter your email address to request a password activation email.
Open the email and click the activation/reset link, then create a new password.
Return to the login page and sign in with your email and the newly created password.
