Using Dashboards

Working with Lists

Lists are used to benchmark institutional performance against selected peers or comparison groups.

There are three primary types of lists:

  • Master Peer List – a fixed comparison list established for 365 days and used across multiple datasets.

  • Custom Lists – flexible lists created for specific analyses, such as regional or subject-based comparisons.

  • QS-curated lists such as the Group of Eight, Ivy League, or Russell Group, which can provide ready-made benchmarks against major global cohorts.

Navigating Reports

Within the Academic Reputation datasets, users can:

  • Review ranking, score, and percentile performance at institutional and subject levels.

  • Compare performance by year, region, or peer group.

  • Analyse subject-level results using visualisation tools such as grids, maps, and charts.

  • Identify trends and opportunities based on historical performance.
