How to Access Your Profile
After logging in, click the logo at the top-left of the menu.
Click on your profile which is indicated by the email address shown in the menu.
What You Can Update
Display name: This appears at the top of your home page.
Full Name: Enter your name as you want it shown amongst the other users in your Account and Workspace.
Profile picture: Click on the profile picture and upload the appropriate image file.
Gender: Select your gender from the available options.
Country: Choose the country you operate from. Your selected country's flag will be visible amongst other users in your Account and Workspace.
Reset Your Password While Logged In
You can request a password reset from your profile. The password activation/reset email will be sent to the email address shown in your profile. Follow the link in that email to create a new password.
Tips & Troubleshooting
Profile changes not appearing:
Refresh the page or log out and log back in.
Clear browser cache if the old information persists.
Profile picture issues:
Ensure the image file meets any size/format limits (JPEG/PNG recommended).
If upload fails, try a different browser or reduce file size.
