How to Access Your Profile

  1. After logging in, click the logo at the top-left of the menu.

  2. Click on your profile which is indicated by the email address shown in the menu.

What You Can Update

  • Display name: This appears at the top of your home page.

  • Full Name: Enter your name as you want it shown amongst the other users in your Account and Workspace.

  • Profile picture: Click on the profile picture and upload the appropriate image file.

  • Gender: Select your gender from the available options.

  • Country: Choose the country you operate from. Your selected country's flag will be visible amongst other users in your Account and Workspace.

Reset Your Password While Logged In

  • You can request a password reset from your profile. The password activation/reset email will be sent to the email address shown in your profile. Follow the link in that email to create a new password.

Tips & Troubleshooting

  • Profile changes not appearing:

    • Refresh the page or log out and log back in.

    • Clear browser cache if the old information persists.

  • Profile picture issues:

    • Ensure the image file meets any size/format limits (JPEG/PNG recommended).

    • If upload fails, try a different browser or reduce file size.
