There are many ways to share ideas and suggest improvements:

In flight - live chat: one of the easiest ways to share feedback is via the blue chat circle located on the bottom right of your screen. Scroll down to the bottom, click 'suggest something' and you can upvote or downvote feedback that's already been submitted or add something new altogether by clicking 'make a suggestion.'

You can also connect with someone from our Customer Experience team directly in chat by clicking 'send us a message.' Feedback shared during chat conversations is shared with our product team.

Feedback calls: we strongly encourage you to schedule feedback calls directly with your Account Manager whenever you like. These are great ways to talk through different ideas and workflow optimizations and really help our team better understand how you approach HolonIQ data and what you ultimately do with it.
