How to reset your password.
Every new user on HolonIQ's platform starts off with a unique activation link provided by their dedicated account manager, which will use to setup a new password. That link expires after a few days so it is important to set up your account as soon as you receive it.
If at any time you lose your password or wish to create a new one, you can always reset it through a few easy steps:
- Make sure you are logged out of my.holoniq.com
- Click 'Don't remember your password?'
- Click link sent to the email associated with your username and create a new password
